Our staff is eager and ready to serve you on your upcoming getaway to Boothbay Harbor, Maine! To help us do so, we’d ask that you take a moment to read through our policies and familiarize yourself with what to expect when you visit our coastal Maine hotel.
Reservations are accepted on a space-available basis. Specific location requests are honored whenever possible, but not guaranteed. In the event that a particular room is not available, we reserve the right to place you in the most similar accommodations available.
For most rooms, your credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation and will not be charged until the date of your arrival. There is a one night’s deposit charged at the time of booking the one-bedroom apartment. All cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to the arrival date; otherwise, your credit card will be charged for one night room and tax.
Check-In/Checkout of Our Coastal Maine Lodging
Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m. Although the availability of rooms is not assured prior to 3 p.m. we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. If Checkout is after 12:00 p.m., a $40 fee will be charged. If Checkout is after 3:00 p.m., a full day rate will be charged.
Additional Adults and Children
There is a $10.00 charge for each additional adult in a double occupancy room. We are a Maine kid-friendly hotel, so children 12 years of age and under stay free in their parents’ room. Children 13 – 17 are charged $10.00 extra per night. Please note there is a maximum of four people per room unless otherwise noted.
The Flagship Inn is a pet-friendly destination and does feature rooms specially designated for pets (extra charges apply). They must be domestically trained and on a leash at all times. Please check our pet policy before making a reservation.
We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, and Discover. Please note that all published and/or quoted room rates are subject to Maine State Sales Tax (currently 9%).
